Primary Care Physician - Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, NY

Location: Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 annually

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join a forward-thinking multi-specialty practice in Queens, Bronx, and Brooklyn, NY. This role offers the opportunity to deliver integrative, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment focused on innovative healthcare solutions and holistic wellness.

Qualifications:

Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Licensure/Certifications:

Active New York State Medical license.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care.

Experience: Open to all levels (negotiable based on expertise).
Language: Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
Soft Skills: Cultural competency, strong communication, and a passion for collaborative, patient-first care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute/chronic conditions.
Collaborate with specialists to deliver integrative, multidisciplinary care.
Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, and disease management.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
