Estimator

Seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team based in Mahopac, New York. We are a boutique, high-end general contracting company specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and specialty construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and clients. Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for construction projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis Assist with project budgeting and value engineering Work closely with project management throughout the preconstruction process Help identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency Qualifications 5+ years of construction estimating experience Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Experience with high-end residential and commercial construction preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $115,000–$140,000, based on experience Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Health benefits and paid time off Supportive, team-oriented work environment Location: Mahopac, NY If you’re looking for an opportunity to join a growing company with exciting projects and long-term career potential, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Action Placements
