Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Ortho/Trauma Stepdown Unit position requiring a compact or IN RN license and 2+ years of experience on day shift.

Details

• Work in the Orthopedic/Trauma Stepdown Unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30
• 13-week contract length

Requirements

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), both must be AHA-issued
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must have a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• Provide stepdown-level nursing care to orthopedic and trauma patients
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility
• Candidates should discuss potential contract extensions with their manager approximately 45 days before the assignment end date
