As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of enterprise performance management. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand in a dynamic professional environment.Responsibilities- Lead the design and execution of innovative finance solutions utilizing OneStream- Analyze intricate issues and develop practical strategies for resolution- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills- Cultivate substantial relationships with clients to understand their needs- Navigate the complexities of enterprise performance management- Enhance technical knowledge and personal branding within the finance sector- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success- Maintain standards of quality and professionalism in every deliverableWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance- At least 4 years of relevant OneStream platform experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology preferred- OneStream Training Credentials preferred- Managing large finance and data architecture transformations- Leading design and testing of OneStream multi-dimensional models- Configuring OneStream workflows and data management- Managing core Accounting areas like Performance Management- Building and maintaining client relationships- Working in an Agile project management environment- Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing tasksTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
