Caregiver Needed for Senior Couple in Plano, TX Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to support a pleasant senior couple in Plano, TX 75075. This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping seniors remain active, engaged, and independent at home. About the Clients The couple is living with dementia but remains independent and active in their daily routines. They may occasionally experience confusion, but they are generally oriented to self, place, and time. The ideal caregiver will be patient, encouraging, and attentive while providing the right level of support without taking away the clients' independence. What You'll Do You'll help make their days easier, more organized, and enjoyable by providing: * Medication reminders * Transportation to doctor's appointments * Transportation to social activities and outings with friends * Daily meal and food preparation * Grocery shopping and errands * Companionship and meaningful conversation * Support with maintaining a safe, healthy, and organized home * Encouragement to stay active and independent * Clear communication with the care team regarding changes, concerns, or observations What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: * Compassionate, patient, and dependable * Professional and comfortable working with seniors * A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills * Comfortable supporting individuals living with dementia * Able to encourage independence while recognizing when additional support is needed * Experienced in senior care and/or dementia care preferred * A safe and reliable driver with a valid driver's license and dependable transportation Schedule Sunday – Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $19.00 per hour Why This Role May Be a Great Fit This position is ideal for a caregiver who values relationship-based care and enjoys being part of a senior's everyday life.
