Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant who enjoys helping patients make meaningful progress during recovery? In this travel role, you'll carry out treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, using physical therapy procedures and modalities to help patients work toward their goals.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• Implement the plan of care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with applicable Ohio laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate professional conduct consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association's Standards of Ethical Conduct for the Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Be prepared to assist in other care areas as assigned, which may include acute care, rehabilitation, transitional care, pediatrics, outpatient services, and wellness.
• Bring strong communication, listening, initiative, time management, and multitasking skills, along with general knowledge of physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, supporting patients, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Need 1 year experience in setting.
• Inpatient rehabilitation and acute care experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Hold an active Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Maintain current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
