Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare the hotel breakfast area before service begins.
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items throughout the morning.
- Keep coffee, beverages, condiments, utensils, and food items fully stocked.
- Monitor food temperatures and follow proper food safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast area.
- Wipe tables, counters, and serving areas throughout the shift.
- Remove trash and keep dining areas clean.
- Break down and clean the breakfast area after service.
- Wash dishes, serving utensils, and equipment as needed.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with questions and breakfast-related needs.
- Notify management when food or supplies need to be reordered.
- Previous hotel, food service, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not always required.
- Must be dependable and able to report to work early in the morning.
- Friendly, professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Must maintain excellent cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

- 4 DAYS A WEEK 5:30 AM to 11:30 AM
