Accounts Payable Assistant – San Antonio, TX Responsible for processing vendor payments, controlling expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records. Works closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate accounts payable processing. Key Responsibilities Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, and verifying invoices. Process vendor payments and manage general ledger reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Support cost accounting efforts by tracking and documenting expenses. Perform entry‑level accounts payable and clerical work. Provide support for company accounts and monitor client invoicing. Assist the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals and overall store needs. Employment Details Full‑time position. Remote or on‑site location may be available.
