What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of New Lake Tapps, ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and addressing their inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Providing accurate information about our services and offerings.
- Handling customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the team.
- Maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors.

- Flexibility to work mornings or evenings.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
