Operations Supervisor

Ag company in the Dinuba/ Reedley/ Orosi area is looking to hire an experienced Operations Supervisor. The Packing Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning and directing the daily run of the packing house in direct coordination with the Sales team. This role translates sales orders and same-day changes into an executable pack plan, keeps Packing House Leads on schedule and accountable, and ensures all product moving through the facility meets company and customer quality standards. The Packing Operations Supervisor serves as the primary link between the sales floor and the packing floor, ensuring the two functions stay aligned throughout the workday.
