Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional shopping experience. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they need with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on product details and enthusiastically recommend items that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flexibly support any zone—sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom—as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates and help get the job done, demonstrating teamwork. Act with integrity and always follow AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, & holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
