Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately. Assist customers with questions regarding invoices, payments, and dealership services. Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records. Support service and sales departments with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction. Qualifications Previous cashier, customer service, receptionist, or office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
