We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator/Billing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing, treatment coordination, and office management. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service
Oversee treatment planning and coordinate with patients on care plans
Handle billing tasks including insurance claims and payment processing
Assist in office management tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient experience and maximize production
