What You’ll Do Greet members with enthusiasm and make everyone feel welcome Be a visible, approachable presence on the fitness floor Assist with check‑ins, questions, and member needs Promote programs, events, and club offerings Help maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment Build relationships – know names, celebrate wins, and encourage progress Who You Are Outgoing, friendly, and naturally great with people Energized by helping others and being on the move Confident communicator with a positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and ready to take ownership Passionate about fitness, wellness, or personal growth 18+ years old No fitness background?
