Assembly Operator

Our client, a manufacturing leader in the plastics industry, is seeking a Assembly Operator to join their team. As a Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Operator

Location: Mission, TX

Pay Range: $11.07

Shift: 3rd Shifts: 10PM to 6AM

What's the Job?
ob Responsibilities

• Build Products: Put together parts to make finished goods using hand tools and air tools.

• Check Quality: Inspect parts with gauges and fixtures to make sure they match quality standards.

• Follow Rules: Read and follow safety guidelines and standard work instructions.

• Keep Clean: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Support Team: Help team members and report any equipment or safety issues to a supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Physical Strength: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds for an 8-hour shift.

• Hand Skills: Good manual dexterity to use small tools quickly and safely.

• Schedule: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay for overtime when needed.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, injection molding, or light industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, quality standards, and production documentation.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools, inspection equipment, and assembly devices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
