Field Marketing Specialist

The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) will be the face of a well-established cannabis brand portfolio throughout the Kansas City market, working closely with the Missouri sales team to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships at the dispensary level. This is a highly visible, field-based role for someone who is outgoing, energetic, and loves connecting with people. The FMS will manage and execute in-store activations, pop-ups, product education, merchandising, and community events , while developing strong relationships with budtenders, dispensary managers, and other retail teams throughout the territory. This person will also serve as an important connection between the field and sales team, bringing back feedback, competitive insights, and opportunities that can help grow accounts and capture additional market share. The ideal candidate has cannabis industry experience in Missouri and active relationships with dispensaries across the market . Experience in field marketing, brand ambassador work, or cannabis sales is especially relevant. They should be collaborative, self-motivated, comfortable spending significant time in the field, and excited about representing a growing portfolio of cannabis brands.
