Rosati’s Pizza is looking for dependable, motivated  Shift Leaders who can help keep the restaurant running smoothly while delivering great food and excellent customer service.

This is a hands-on leadership position. Our Shift Leaders work alongside the team, set the pace during busy shifts, solve problems as they arise, and help create a positive, accountable work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support team members throughout the shift
• Assign positions and keep employees focused and productive
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
• Maintain Rosati’s standards for food quality, portioning, and presentation
• Assist with pizza, kitchen, counter, phones, and other stations as needed
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and food-safety standards
• Handle cash, drawers, deposits, and other shift responsibilities as assigned
• Help train and coach new and existing employees
• Monitor ticket times and keep operations moving during rush periods
• Communicate equipment, maintenance, staffing, or operational issues to management
• Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Work closely with management to create a strong, dependable team

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stay organized and make good decisions under pressure
• Willing to jump in wherever help is needed
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Must meet all applicable food-handler and alcohol-service requirements for the position
