Finance Manager / Tax Accountant

About the role We are looking for a Finance Manager / Tax Accountant to manage financial processes and reporting for the US market. The role combines financial analytics, reporting, and process optimization. Responsibilities Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards (with technical support) Integrate financial processes with CRM systems Analyze unit economics (costs per project/property) Prepare financial reports: P&L (monthly/quarterly/yearly) company balance (quarterly) Prepare investor reports Handle US Sales Tax reporting Manage and oversee 2 accountants Requirements 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting Experience with financial analytics Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience with Power BI or similar tools Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) Nice to have Experience with US tax (Sales Tax) Experience with CRM / financial integrations Experience in international companies What we offer Salary: $1500 + KPI-based bonuses Fully remote work Opportunity to influence financial processes Work with the US market Fast-paced and growing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
