Sales Coordinator

$22 - $25 per hour

Location: Tempe, Arizona

Customer Service Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and transactions in CRM systems
• Process orders, service requests, and account updates with a high level of accuracy
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Sales & Revenue Support Duties

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs
• Educate customers on available products, features, and promotions
• Generate and qualify leads through customer interactions and outbound outreach
• Support the sales team by entering prospects, tracking opportunities, and updating pipelines
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• 13+ years of customer service experience; sales or retail experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
