AI Technical Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Technical Lead, AI Studio to join their team. As a Technical Lead, AI Studio, you will be part of the AI Studio / Engineering department supporting innovative projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Architect and build full-stack AI prototypes within a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• Translate use case requirements into scalable, technical solutions, making deliberate build-vs-configure decisions.
• Develop and implement AI pipelines using APIs such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration platforms.
• Create functional front-end interfaces with rapid development platforms and wire back-end logic for demo-ready applications.
• Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders, providing clear technical explanations and managing ambiguity effectively.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in full-stack AI application development, delivering working systems under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM integration, orchestration, and building production-grade AI pipelines.
• Proficiency with rapid application development platforms such as Lovable, Bolt, or v0.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier for system integration.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services including compute, storage, and serverless functions.
