About the Role:

Industrial Surfacing & Lining, LLC. is looking for skilled Concrete Polishing and Epoxy Flooring Installers to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a specialized crew delivering high-quality flooring solutions across commercial and industrial environments. Responsibilities:

• Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, and surface profiling prior to coating or polishing
• Apply epoxy coatings, urethane systems, and decorative floor finishes to commercial and industrial surfaces
• Operate concrete polishing equipment including planetary grinders and edge grinders
• Mix and apply epoxy resins, hardeners, and broadcast materials according to product specifications
• Perform moisture testing, crack repair, and joint filling as part of surface preparation
• Maintain and clean all tools, grinders, and application equipment after each job
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE on all job sites
• Communicate with crew leads and project managers to ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

• Prior experience in concrete polishing, epoxy flooring, or decorative concrete installation preferred
• Familiarity with surface preparation equipment such as grinders, scarifiers, and vacuums
• Ability to read and follow product data sheets and application instructions
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, and work on concrete surfaces for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in the Jacksonville, FL area
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain is a plus
