Requirements of a Lead Installer 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling. Required to have acrylic installation experience Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required Experience with commercial, high rise and multi unit remodeling preferred Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently Ability to interact professionally with Customers. Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress. Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
