Implementation Specialist

Implementation SpecialistPoints North is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Twin Cities metro team! The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of our technology to our construction clients. We are looking for an action-oriented individual who is motivated to truly understand client needs. You will internally advocate for and articulate client needs gleaned during implementation processes in addition to externally translating the value of our technology to system users, senior executives and day-to-day operation managers.What You'll Be Doing:Own the full customer implementation process to ensure a smooth and successful implementation, including:Configure systems on behalf of customersRun user training sessionsScope data integration and product needs, ensuring a smooth and successful implementationTrack time on projects and hold clients accountable, within their SLA or SOWDocument all client communication in our CRMSet, communicate, and manage project plans and execute to expected timelineClearly capture and articulate client needs to influence product featuresDevelop an understanding of our partners' systems, and build relationships with partner contacts and implementation specialistsBecome a SME on our products to set client expectations, including understanding how our solutions can be used to help our clientsBuild sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communicationDrive and accelerate user adoption by advising clients on product featuresMeet internal goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionWe're Looking For:Experience implementing and/or supporting softwareStrong client-facing experience and communication skillsAble to handle a fast pace in an ever-changing, sometimes ambiguous environmentExpertise in project and/or task management and maintaining appropriate documentationDemonstrable problem-solving skills with a desire to solve other people's problemsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience2+ years customer-facing experience within the software industry1+ years SaaS implementation experience, highly preferredExperience in Construction, Financial Services, and/or Payroll, preferredExperience within a growing SaaS and/or software company, preferredAble to work hybrid from our Bloomington, MN headquartersAt Points North, we believe that taking care of our team is the foundation of our success.
