Communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees in the field using various methods of technology. Field inbound calls and emails, and text messages in order to book reservations, reschedules, customer concerns, and cancellations. Make outbound calls to customers to follow up with online inquiries, lost sales, and annual customer courtesy calls. Educate customers on products and processes. Sell appointments on the phone. Requirements What qualities must I possess to join Zerorez as a Customer Support Representative? Upbeat, friendly personality. Strong phone and verbal communication skills. Strong written communication skills Previous experience in a customer support role. Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations Ability to handle a multi-line phone system with previous call center experience preferred. Ability to sit for long durations. Ability to adapt to changes quickly. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and Google Products such as Chrome, Gmail, and Drive familiarity. Familiarity with the area and ability to route based on most efficient and time-saving methods. Sales experience (preferred) Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work Must be flexible - schedule will vary based on business needs. Some Saturday work required. We are closed on Sunday.
