Assembler/Packager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00/hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm)

• Perform accurate kitting of materials and components according to work orders and specifications.
• Assemble products or sub-assemblies using hand tools and light machinery as required.
• Conduct quality inspections on components and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Package products carefully, ensuring proper labeling, protective measures, and readiness for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Assembler/Packager Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• CNC background preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Basic mathematical aptitude for counting, measuring, and inventory verification.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembly and packaging tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
