LPN - LTC

Travel LPN - Swing Bed Unit

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with every third weekend required.

We are seeking a dedicated Travel LPN for a Swing Bed Unit, focusing on skilled nursing care. In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of patient information and adhere to facility policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active LPN licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is a plus but not mandatory.
