High volume automotive dealership in the Georgetown and Round Rock area is currently accepting applications for an experienced high volume Service Receptionist. We would prefer dealer experience, but are willing to train the right candidate. Good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Essential Duties Reception Provides guests with vehicle status information when needed May be involved setting up loaner vehicles or coordinating with the collision center for vehicle repairs Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Performs other administrative duties, as assigned Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent desired Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task Prefer a minimum of one (1) year experience in an automotive service department Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public Able to work Saturdays Bi-lingual a plus Benefits Competitive Commission Pay Plan, including volume bonuses Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, along with several ancillary insurance products 401(k) Retirement & Savings Plan with Employer Matching Funds Paid Time Off and Holidays Employee Discounts on all services Employee Assistance Program
