Associate Attorney

Rudikh & Associates, LLC is a New Jersey-based law firm dedicated to serving clients across the state in a wide range of legal matters. Its primary practice areas include Personal Injury Litigation, PIP Arbitration, Bankruptcy (Ch. 7 and Ch. 13), immigration, criminal law, family law, and civil litigation. work-related accidents, DUI/DWI and traffic violations, and other complex disputes.

Rudikh & Associates, LLC offers clients comprehensive advocacy in both civil litigation and criminal cases.

The Associate Attorney will work on-site full time at the firm’s Old Bridge, NJ office. This role includes managing a caseload under supervision, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, and conducting legal research to support case strategies. The attorney will meet with clients, gather and analyze case facts, provide legal guidance within the firm’s practice areas, and prepare clients for hearings, depositions, and court appearances. Daily responsibilities also involve negotiating settlements when appropriate, communicating with opposing counsel and third parties, and appearing in court for conferences, motions, and trials as assigned. The Associate Attorney will collaborate closely with partners and staff to ensure timely case progress, accurate documentation, and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• NJ Attorney License
• Strong foundation in Law with the ability to handle matters across multiple practice areas, including civil and criminal matters.
• Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice while maintaining professional judgment and client confidentiality.
• Proficiency in legal Research, including case law, statutes, and administrative regulations to support motions, briefs, and trial preparation.
• Effective Negotiation skills for settlements, plea discussions, and resolution of disputes with opposing counsel and insurers.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for immediate admission) to the New Jersey bar.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with a small team, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and interact professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in any of the firm’s core practice areas (e.g., bankruptcy, personal injury, criminal, family, or immigration law) is preferred but not required.
