Legal Tech Analyst

We are seeking a Legal Innovation Technology Analyst to join a law firm in Denver, CO. This position is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of legal workflows, enjoys tackling technology challenges, and can assist attorneys and legal professionals in maximizing the value of technology tools such as AI, contract analysis, document automation, and litigation management platforms.Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys and legal teams in utilizing legal technology for active matters and internal processes - Collaborate on scoping, configuring, and implementing projects using various tools like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, and others - Develop user-friendly resources like quick guides, FAQs, checklists, and workflow notes - Provide training, demos, and ongoing support for designated applications - Monitor adoption, collect user feedback, document pain points, and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with various departments and external partners to develop technology solutions - Stay informed about legal tech trends, including agentic AI, contract analysis, and case management platformsRequirements: - Familiarity with law firm or legal department operations and workflows - Experience in legal technology support, systems implementation, or project coordination - Ability to quickly learn new platforms and communicate technical information effectively - Knowledge of legal tech tools like Kira, Luminance, and others - Experience with AI-enabled legal processes - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with Power BI knowledge preferred - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
