Security Officer Part Time Front Desk

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, assisting with check-in procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials, and directing guests, vendors, and staff to the appropriate department or contact; Monitor access to the location and document visitor activity; Issue temporary badges when appropriate and report unusual activity or security-related concerns; Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact site leadership or management when needed; Answer phones, manage inquiries, and maintain front desk logs and daily activity reports related to access control and security events
