Job Description Job Description Groth Pain and Spine is a team of medical professionals who provide efficient and effective Chiropractic and Pain Management Care. As one of the most highly regarded multidisciplinary Pain Management Practices in New York, we believe in the highest level of patient care and intervention. Pain management, Chiropractic/Physical Therapy, and urgent care experience are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:
- Checking in/out a high volume of patients
- Answering high volume phone calls as well as making outbound calls.
- Collecting copayments/ balances
- Ensuring demographics/ insurance are up to date
- Preparing paperwork/ workflow for next day
- Scheduling appointments/ follow-ups
- Documentation in EMR
- Obtaining medical records from other facilities
- Other miscellaneous tasks asked of you by providers/managers
The right candidate should be highly proficient in multitasking as this job is very fast-paced and demanding. You should be able to work well under pressure, be very organized, motivated by patient care and be able to communicate well to patients and coworkers in person and via phone. We are looking for someone who has initiative, problem solving skills, pays attention to detail and who is a self-starter who would be a great asset to our team!
