Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Minimum two years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy, especially with a focus on geriatric populations.

• Solid understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on a patient-centered, empathetic approach.
