Remote RN Case Manager - Care Coordination & Education

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager RN to support a diverse member population with education, advocacy, and resource connections. The role includes high-volume calls, remote work from anywhere in the U.S., and a schedule Mon–Fri with some evenings.
Strong software navigation and patient-centered care are essential. Required is current RN licensure, compact license, and 10+ years in case management or direct care.
