Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Travel Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Make a meaningful difference as a travel occupational therapist with Jackson Therapy Partners. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Master's or Doctoral degree acceptable.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona is required to start the assignment.
• Proof of current CPR certification is required.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance are required.
• Minimum two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required.
• Experience providing occupational therapy in a home health environment is required.
• Experience evaluating and fabricating adaptive equipment and hand splints is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to assess ADL/IADL performance, functional mobility, ROM, strength, coordination, and cognitive-perceptual status.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, heavy lifting, bending, pulling, and pushing as required in home-based care.

• Floating: Candidate must be able to travel locally and may be required to float to other service locations within the agency area.
