Cafe Vida is hiring a part-time Cafe Barista in El Segundo, and we're looking for someone who thrives on momentum, multitasking, and high-energy shifts. During peak hours, you remain calm and focused, balancing multiple tasks while ensuring every drink meets Cafe Vida's standards. At the same time, you create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, combining speed with a genuine connection that keeps them coming back. Requirements for a Cafe Barista 2+ years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of how to make espresso drinks Ability to multitask effectively Ability to work well under pressure Preferred qualifications include having a genuine personality, being awesome with people, and being a strong team player.
