Facility: Space Coast Healthcare & Rehabilitation
Location: Merritt Island, FL
Shift: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $17 – $20/hour (based on experience) + Shift Differentials

Space Coast Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of our residents every day.

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance

• Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility support

• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents and families

• Assist with recreational and social activities to promote engagement and well-being

• Support residents with hydration, nutrition, and daily living needs

• Accurately document care provided, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns

• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care plans

• Active Florida CNA license required

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living preferred, but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
