Schedule – Full time, 36 hours per week. Pay – $32.48–$48.72 per hour, daily pay available. Shift differentials for night, weekend, and additional shifts. Location – MO-SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital, Lake Saint Louis. Job Summary Performs computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists. Must perform at least three of the following: biopsy, TAVR, coronary, watchman, extremity work for OR planning, ablations, or fiducial placement. Responsibilities Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately. Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations. Observe patients during procedure and report abnormal activity. Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted. Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines. Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Completion of a Radiology Technology, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy program. No experience required. Licenses and Credentials Illinois: BLS HCP (American Heart Association), ARRT-R, ARRT-T, ARRT-N, CNMT (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board), ARRT-CT, CT Credential (NMTCB), IEMA Radiologic Technologists. Missouri & Oklahoma: BLS HCP, ARRT-R, ARRT-T, ARRT-N, CNMT, ARRT-CT, CT Credential (NMTCB). Wisconsin: BLS HCP, ARRT-R, ARRT-T, ARRT-N, CNMT, ARRT-CT, CT Credential, Radiographer Licensed – Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. Requirements Completion of Radiology program and ARRT-R. Completion of ARRT-CT within 12 months of hire date.
