Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly analytical, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, user engagement, and retention for a customer’s mobile subscription app. This is a junior-to-mid-level individual contributor role focused on identifying target audiences, optimizing acquisition channels, analyzing user behavior, and using data to improve conversion and lifetime value.

Skills and Requirements

• Digital marketing professional with strong analytical skills • Experience acquiring users for a mobile app, subscription product, consumer platform, or digital product • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value • Strong knowledge of paid digital channels (PPC, paid social, display, affiliates, app acquisition) • Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and customer segmentation • Ability to independently analyze user funnels and identify performance opportunities • Comfortable working directly with data, dashboards, reporting, and campaign performance metrics • Able to answer questions such as: o Where are users coming from? o Which acquisition channels perform best? o Why are users dropping off? o What behaviors drive retention? o What audiences should we target differently? • SQL experience strongly preferred for self-service data analysis
