Position Summary As a Clinical Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with our Clinical Director (BCBA-D) to lead assessment, treatment design, and clinical decision-making for your caseload. This role emphasizes: Clinical reasoning over rote implementation Functional assessment and analysis Ethical, assent-based care Caregiver collaboration and generalization You will develop expertise in working with complex behavioral presentations while maintaining a strong commitment to client dignity and meaningful outcomes. Core Responsibilities Assessment & Treatment Design Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (including functional analyses when appropriate) Administer standardized assessments and produce high-quality reports Develop individualized, function-based treatment plans Clinical Oversight Monitor and analyze data to guide treatment decisions Ensure high-quality implementation of protocols Review and provide feedback on RBT session documentation Supervision & Training Provide ongoing supervision (minimum 10%) of RBT-delivered services Train staff and caregivers in behavior analytic strategies Model clinical reasoning and decision-making Collaboration & Compliance Participate in IEP and interdisciplinary meetings Maintain documentation in accordance with payer requirements Stay current with funding and regulatory standards Professional Development Participate in weekly case consultation meetings Maintain BCBA certification and CEU requirements Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Strong foundation in functional assessment and behavior analytic principles Ability to think critically and adapt interventions based on data Commitment to ethical, client-centered care Preferred Experience Experience across multiple service settings (home, clinic, school) Experience conducting functional analyses Experience writing treatment plans for prior-authorization requests Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($85,000–$100,000) with growth trajectory Health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO Mileage reimbursement Free CEUs + conference stipend Flexible scheduling Professional development support Referral bonuses Work Location Hybrid (clinic, home, and community-based services) Conyers, GA 30012 Join Us If you’re looking to grow as a clinician, work with a team that values depth over volume , and contribute to meaningful, high-quality care , we’d love to connect.
