Base Pay Range: $73,875–$98,500/year

What you’ll do to grow with us:

• Lead and Inspire: Manage market office operations, sales, and service delivery to ensure extraordinary customer experiences.
• Drive Success: Develop and execute business strategies that achieve revenue growth and profitability within your market.
• Expand Connections: Build and maintain strong client and community relationships; actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Champion Excellence: Ensure operational consistency and compliance with company standards and procedures.

What you bring:

• A proven record of achieving revenue and profitability goals.
• Strong financial skills, including market management experience (between $10–50M).
• Strategic and operational leadership abilities, including team building and effective decision making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative approach; easily build relationships across teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the staffing industry, demonstrating success in market growth.
• In-office presence required in Louisville, KY,
