Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers;Identify additional opportunities for current customers and partner with the sales team; Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service;Collaborate with sales, production, and scheduling,Collaborate as needed to ensure proper art;Organize, enter, and maintain data regarding client artwork, items, raw goods, finished goods, inventory, compliance, pricing, and other relevant information;Attend customer visits and department/company meetings as required;Participate in the CAPA team process for corrective and preventive action;Support customers through pricing, proposals, shipping/receiving, and billing;Participate in the NPSS (New Product Specification/New Part Approval) process;Support other account managers and the sales team as needed.Additional duties as assigned.Competencies:Ability to communicate effectively;Ability to manage time and meet deadlines;Ability to problem solve proactively;Ability to create strong relationships;Understand and use basic office equipment;Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent;2+ years of customer service/account manager experience;Excellent communication skills.Are you ready to THRIVE?
