Maintenance & Facilities Director

YMCA of Greater Dayton

YMCA of Greater Dayton is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the branch and grounds across multiple facilities in Ohio. This full-time exempt role involves developing annual budgets, supervising staff, scheduling substitutes, and ensuring safety and licensing compliance. The position requires a 2-year degree or relevant experience, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree, and CPR/AED, First Aid, and Oxygen certifications within the first 60 days. #J-18808-Ljbffr
