Product Knowledge & Sales

You'll become a trusted footwear expert by:

• Working collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor
• Supporting merchandising, inventory, and other daily store responsibilities

No matter the task, you bring a mindset aligned with our values:

• You Lead with Care – You enjoy helping people and making them feel welcome.
• You Build Trust – You listen carefully and recommend what's truly best for each customer.
• You Stay Curious – You're eager to learn about footwear, fit, and customer needs.
• You Contribute to the Team – You enjoy working alongside others to create a great experience for every customer.

Pay & Schedule

• Base pay OR commission , whichever is greater for the pay period
• Typical earnings of $15–$24+ per hour , depending on sales performance
• Full-time: approximately 32–40 hours per week
• A varied schedule that includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

This is a full-time retail position with a schedule that changes based on business needs. Successful team members enjoy variety and have the flexibility to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and peak shopping periods.

Required

• A positive, customer-first mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
• Dependability and flexibility to work a full-time retail schedule
