Client Advisor

Summary As a Client Advisor you act as the brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales objectives by deepening client connections and delivering best-in-class, personalized service both in-store and remotely. You will drive individual and collective sales through expert product knowledge, storytelling, and elevated client experiences while supporting day-to-day store operations. The role requires strong commercial awareness, professionalism, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty. Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences using storytelling, styling advice, and product knowledge. Drive sales results through effective selling techniques, cross-selling, upselling, and promoting virtual appointments and distance sales. Collect and maintain accurate client information to tailor service and follow up on opportunities. Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, POS transactions, and visual merchandising standards. Adhere to grooming, policy, and loss prevention standards while collaborating with the team to achieve store objectives. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding results. Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury products and a commitment to ongoing product and selling training.
