Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements.Job Description: IDS is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to lead and deliver high-quality creative design solutions across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves strategic concept development, execution of design deliverables, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful user-centered experiences.Key DutiesDesigns and iterates strategic creative solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaignsActively participates in brainstorming and idea generationConducts design research, moodboarding, concepting, and execution of design conceptsRecommends creative solutions aligned with client, brand, and end-user needsCommunicates design decisions and presentations effectively with teams and clientsStays current with design trends, tools, and technologiesParticipates in customer discovery sessions and presentationsOrganizes and maintains design files with proper standards and conventionsMaintains accountability and time management across project lifecyclesContributes to ADG team culture and collaborationMay supervise othersPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements• Master's degree in a related field • OR Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience • OR Associate's degree or High School Diploma with 16 years of experience• Minimum 10 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)• Portfolio required• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly requiredCompensation$110,000k - $130,000kEmployee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
