Summer Admission Assistant Position Number: 20260046V • Posting Type: Student • Hours per week: up to 32 • Eligibility: Work study preferred, open to all students • Semester: 2026 Summer • Location: Austin Hall Number of positions: 8 • Department: 293-Office of Undergraduate Admission Position Summary: Summer Admission Assistants work full time for the Office of Undergraduate Admission in many capacities, including: Campus tours Presenting to special group visits Data entry Greeting visitors Office tasks as assigned Responsibilities Work full time during the summer schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9 am–5 pm (hour lunch not compensated) and office hours on selected Fridays. The first day of summer tours is 06/01/26 with mandatory training on 05/27/26; the final day of tours is 08/07/26. The university will be closed on May 26, June 19, and July 4. Qualifications Undergraduate student with enthusiasm for Villanova. Clear and effective communication skills. Comfortable speaking to large groups. Available for the majority of the listed dates and all weekly hours. References must be Villanova faculty/staff. Physical Demands Must be able to give several hour‑long walking tours of campus each day, including in heat and rain. Wage Rate: $11.25 per hour.
