Director of Residences, Western Ranches

Private Denver based family seeking a seasoned Director of Residences to oversee all aspects of residence operations, including the concierge services and corporate operations. They are flexible to relocate someone or increase comp if needed, for the best candidate. Family properties are mostly out West, so experience on Western Ranches is preferred. Strategic & Financial Management Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyze and improve existing processes to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness. Oversee operational budgets, forecasting, and cost control. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness. Manage and supervise operational teams; hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Compliance, Insurance and Vendor Management Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Coordinate with brokers on insurance coverage for new acquisitions (real estate, vehicles, art, etc.) and review policies regularly. Manage insurance Oversee maintenance of all properties. Manage collection inventories, installations, moving, storage, registration, and record management for collections. Oversee hospitality and guest relations. Provide concierge services to principals and respond to inquiries requiring discretion and confidentiality. Oversee private chefs, including meal planning, menu development, deliveries, and nutrition oversight.
