Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Owning the strategy and execution of paid Search and Shopping channels, the full-time Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead efforts in Google and Microsoft Advertising to drive customer acquisition while exploring Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and manage end-to-end strategy and performance for Google Search, Shopping, and Microsoft Advertising to achieve new member growth Collaborate with Merchandising and Technology to enhance product feed advertising strategies and customer journey experiences Implement and measure the impact of GEO strategies as consumer discovery shifts towards AI-powered platforms Required qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a focus on paid Search and Shopping for consumer businesses Expertise in Google Ads, including campaign optimization and audience strategy Strong background in managing acquisition budgets while maintaining efficiency and growth Experience in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses with a focus on analytical performance Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising and a keen understanding of AI's impact on consumer discovery
