Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Machine Operator openings in Stanchfield, MN. Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Stanchfield, MN

- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used in metal casting and finishing operations.
- Load raw materials and remove finished parts while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and measurements to ensure products meet specifications.
- Assist with machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, production orders, and quality standards.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
