Project Superintendent — Multifamily & Senior Living Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on multifamily and senior living construction projects in Tulsa. This person will be responsible for keeping the project moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule while coordinating subcontractors, managing site activity, and maintaining strong communication with the project team. Role Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations from site mobilization through project completion Manage subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, manpower, and site logistics Drive project schedules and ensure trades are staying on track Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications Coordinate with Project Managers, inspectors, architects, engineers, and ownership teams Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays Lead site meetings and communicate project updates clearly Ensure compliance with local Oklahoma building codes, ADA requirements, and project standards Skills and Qualifications 5 to 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or field leader Strong background in ground-up multifamily, senior living, assisted living, or large-scale residential projects Experience with wood-frame, concrete, or similar high-density residential construction methods Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, scheduling, and trade coordination Ability to lead subcontractors and hold teams accountable in the field Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety best practices Familiarity with Oklahoma building codes, inspections, and ADA compliance Strong communication skills with Project Managers, clients, inspectors, architects, and engineers Ability to manage fast-paced projects and solve problems in real time Preferred Experience Experience on multi-million dollar ground-up construction projects Background with senior living, assisted living, or multifamily developments Familiarity with green building practices, energy-efficient systems, or sustainable construction methods Why This Opportunity Join a strong, reputable construction company Take ownership of field operations on a high-impact project Competitive compensation based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumicity
